At INTEGRAL TACTICAL® we understand returns and exchanges are sometimes required and we are happy to be of assistance in processing these requests.

Please note that this is an online return/exchange policy and is, therefore, applicable only to products purchased/ordered directly from our online store/website  

Please note that the right to refund or exchange is limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a subsequent owner.

Except for any products designated on the site as non-returnable, you are welcome to return a product for a refund of your purchase price, or for an exchange for a product of equal or lesser price. Returns must however, be made within 30 business days of delivery, for refunds and within 60 business days of delivery, for exchange requests. In determining whether you have met these deadlines, the relevant date will be the date of shipment. To begin a return or exchange claim:

    1. You must either email us at or follow the online form on our website in your account.
    2. We will request the same information over email or on your online account. We advise that you create an online account for ease and convenience.

    3. You are required to check off the box provided to indicate your agreement to the Terms and Conditions as set out in this policy.
    4. On receipt of the information set out in 2 and 3 above, and once your return or exchange claim is accepted and confirmed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, a Return Authorization (“RA”) number will be generated. You should print off and retain a copy of the RA number.
    5. Pack the unused/unworn product(s) securely in the original product packaging with all original paperwork, parts, plastic bags, tags and other accessories to ensure credit. Products returned without the listed items, and/or products returned in a damaged or used condition will not be accepted. Please note that products exposed to pets, liquid, odours or other conditions that make them unsalable will be considered as used products, even though they might be unworn.
    6. Ensure that a copy of the RA form you received and printed off is enclosed with the item(s) being returned for refund or exchange. Please note that no returns or exchanges of any type will be accepted without an RA number.

          • You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned/exchanged items and you bear the risk of loss during shipment. We will not be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected return/exchange packages. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number for your records.
          • Once we receive the product, we will ship the exchanged item or issue the refunded payment, on confirming compliance with these Terms and Conditions. For exchanges, we will bear the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.
          • For returned items, your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the site (less the original shipping and handling costs). You can request online store credit instead and we will issue a discount code specific to you, or apply the value initially paid for the returned product (less the original shipping and handling costs) to your account (if you have one) as a credit towards your next purchase.
          • Refunds are generally processed within three to five business days of our receipt of the product. Seasonal delays can sometimes extend this timeline.
          • Credit for gift returns will be issued to the original purchaser.


The following items are considered FINAL SALE and are non-returnable/ not eligible for a refund:

          1. Next to skin layers
          2. Sale / discontinued items
          3. Promotional items / products sold at discounted or reduced prices (to be determined by us on a case-by-case basis)
          4. Any other item which we may mark as “Final Sale” or similar, from time to time.


Integral Tactical reserves the right to change this Return Policy without notice to its customers and will not be held responsible for any loss or damage suffered as a result of such changes.
