The Sierra sleeping bag is designed for mountain travel, ski touring and winter camping in the more temperate latitudes, with a total loft of 5 inches there is sufficient girth inside most models to wear “puffy” insulated clothing, such as the Dolomiti jacket and Denali pants, to boost the rating for more extreme condition.
