RETURN POLICY

RMA and other pertinent info

If you wish to return a product to us here at INTEGRAL TACTICAL®, it is imperative for the item to possess a factory return merchandise authorization that was previously granted. The return merchandise authorization in the shortened form is referred to as RMA. Please be advised that a restocking and handling fee in the amount of twenty-five percent of the value of the product is applied to the return. There are some items that do not qualify as being returnable, such as items that are purchased on clearance, items that are discontinued or items that are custom-made for clients.

Conditions that returns must comply with

When you wish to return a product to INTEGRAL TACTICAL®, there are some conditions that the return must comply with.

  1. If you wish to return the product, you must do so within a timeframe of thirty days after receiving the delivery of the product.
  2. Only products that are unused may be returned and they must be in complete condition with no missing parts. Also, products are required to be returned in the manufactured packaging. All such conditions apply except in the case if there is the discovery of a defect by the manufacturer.
  3. Furthermore, you must be sure to submit a copy of your invoice along with the product that you are returning to INTEGRAL TACTICAL®.

Other considerations

You are the one who will be paying for the cost of insurance, handling as well as shipping in regard to the product that you desire to return to INTEGRAL TACTICAL®. It is best to use a traceable shipper when sending products back to our company. You may opt to use UPS or you may opt to use Registered or Insured USPS. Or you may select a similar shipping option from another reputable traceable company. If the product that you are returning to us here at INTEGRAL TACTICAL® unfortunately becomes lost during the process of shipping, we are not liable for such losses.
