INTEGRAL TACTICAL LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY

INTEGRAL TACTICAL® products, manufactured by FELLFAB® Limited are designed to be durable and long lasting. Our products are used by Military personnel, Active service/ First Responders, the industrial sector, every day consumers, as well as in other rigorous environments that test durability. With our 70 years of experience in the textile industry, we stand behind our quality and performance.

Please note that this limited warranty policy applies only to end-user individual consumers, and the right to claim under this policy is limited to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to a subsequent owner.

Please note that the claims procedure outlined in this limited warranty policy is applicable only to products purchased/ordered directly from our online store/website www.integraltactical.com. Warranty claims for items purchased anywhere except www.integraltactical.com must be made directly at the original place of purchase.

We warrant all INTEGRAL TACTICAL® products to be free of manufacturing defects and we provide service and support in respect of such for the duration of the warranty period. The warranty period runs from the date of initial purchase to the expiry of the anticipated specific product lifespan (see table listing the lifespan of each product/category of products below).

If any product fails during the applicable warranty period due to manufacturer’s defect, we will repair or replace the defective product (at our sole discretion). If at our sole discretion, we determine that a product is beyond economical repair due to manufacturer’s defect, we will at your option, either replace the product, or provide you with a similar product if original was discontinued, or offer an online store credit, of the amount originally paid, in lieu of replacement. Where an online store credit is issued, we will issue a discount code specific to you, or apply the amount initially paid for the product to your account (if you have one) as a credit towards your next purchase.

For end-user at fault repairs within the lifespan of the product, we will do our best to repair the damages at a reasonable cost agreed upon between our service team and you, the customer before work has begun. We will notify you if your item has just reached its lifespan and requires a replacement.

Except for any products designated on this site as products not covered by this limited warranty, the warranty will be honored under the following circumstances:

  • If the product was purchased online through our website, or through an authorized distributor or retailer. Note that claims for items purchased from authorized distributors or retailers must be made directly at the original place of purchase.
  • If the claim date is within the warranty period, the warranty period being the anticipated lifespan of the product (as stated below)
  • If the product has been confirmed defective by us after review by our Customer Service Team.
  • If there has been no abuse, modification, mishandling, lack or maintenance, neglect, failure to comply with product usage standards, unauthorized repair, or other violation by you of this policy.

Exclusions

The Limited Warranty will be voided and we will not be responsible for a breach of the warranty set forth in this policy if:

  • You make any further use of such products after you give us notice of the claimed defect;
  • The defect arises because you failed to follow our oral or written instructions as to the storage, installation, commissioning, use, or maintenance of the products; or
  • You alter or repair such products without our prior written consent.

The Limited warranty does not include or cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage,
  • Products used outside of their intended use, involved in accidents or defaced / modified, including without limitation damage due to water, fire, heat or chemicals
  • Products purchased from non-authorized dealers
  • User created damage e.g., Rips, pilling, tears, burns, fading, or holes
  • Lost, stolen, discarded products
  • Laundered incorrectly / against care guides
  • Items stored incorrectly – this can significantly reduce lifespan of product in insulated gear
  • Material degradation due to external sprays / scent blocking etc.
  • Natural breakdown of colors and materials over time and use

Claims Procedure: Products Purchased Directly from our Website

To begin a warranty claim:

  1. You must either email our return department at info@integraltactical.com or follow the online form on our website in your account. We advise that you create an online account for ease and convenience.

  1. Proof of purchase – receipt / order number
  2. You are required to check off the box provided to indicate your agreement to the Terms and Conditions as set out in this policy.
  3. Provide a dated proof of purchase, as well as photos of the product and a detailed write up of what happened (for example: “Zipper won’t work”, “seam delamination”, “component issue”). A dropdown list is available if the claim is being made through the online form.

When taking photos of the product, ensure that (a) the product is laid out flat; (b) the front and back sides of the product are photographed; and (c) the photo shows the parts of the product with claimed issue.

  1. We will review your claim and do our best to get back to you within five (5) business days.
  2. If our Customer Service determines that the issue is a manufacturer’s defect covered by this policy, we will send you shipping information for return of the product. If Customer Service determines that the defect is the end user’s fault, or is otherwise not covered by this warranty policy, you will be informed, and repair and replacement options may be explained to you.
  3. Once the above steps have been completed and following a determination of whether the issue is a manufacturer’s defect or an end-user fault, or otherwise not covered by this policy, we will generate a Return Authorization (“RA”) number. You should print-off and retain a copy of the RA number.
  4. Ensure that a copy of the RA form you received and printed off is enclosed with the item(s) being returned under this policy. Please note that no warranty claims of any type will be accepted without an RA number.
  5. Once we receive the product, we will repair it (or at our discretion replace) and ship it back to you. The timeline for repair/replacement and return is 4-8 weeks. Seasonal delays can sometimes extend this timeline.
  • We will not process any chargeable repair without your consent, following a determination that the issue is an end-user fault, or otherwise not covered by this policy. Payment must be in advance.
  • The product returned for repair must be in a clean condition. Unwashed products will be returned without the claim being processed.
  • If the product being returned is a garment or related item, please empty the product of all personal belongings.
  • You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on items returned under this policy and you bear the risk of loss during shipment. Shipping cost is not reimbursable. We will not be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected return packages. We strongly recommend that you fully insure your return shipment against loss or damage and use a carrier that can provide you with a tracking number for your records.
  • We will bear the cost of shipping the product back to you, whether the product is repaired or if you are receiving a replacement (as determined at our discretion).

Claims Procedure: Products Purchased from Authorized Distributor or Retailer

If you purchased our product from an authorized distributor or a retail store, the product must be returned to the original place of purchase. We will deal with the distributor or retailer to process the warranty claim.

Limitation of Liability

All warranty claims, including the validity of such claims, and any repair or replacement options, will be assessed and decided by us on a case-by-case basis.

We do not have extended Warranties through INTEGRAL TACTICAL®. Depending on the purchase location, some distributors and retailers may offer extended warranties. The retailer or distributor is responsible for such policies, not INTEGRAL TACTICAL®.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WARRANTY AS SET FORTH IN THIS POLICY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY OF FELLFAB LIMITED®, AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, QUALITY, COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OF TRADE, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE RIGHTS AND REMEDIES SET FORTH IN THIS POLICY ARE THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS AND REMEDIES AGAINST FELLFAB LIMITED. EXCEPT FOR THE SPECIFIC LIABILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS PROVIDED IN THIS POLICY, FELLFAB LIMITED  SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR OBLIGATION WITH RESPECT TO ANY PRODUCT CLAIMED TO BE DEFECTIVE IN ANY MANNER.
