SHIPPING POLICY

Confirmation and tracking

Once an order is accepted by INTEGRAL TACTICAL®, an email will be sent to confirm the order has been accepted. This will provide confirmation to the customers and an order number for reference. Once the package has been shipped from our facility, another email with tracking will be provided once it has been updated by the courier.

Shipping from head office and courier options

All packages will ship from our head office in Hamilton, ON using UPS as per customer selection. Please note that UPS does not deliver to PO boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. In these instances, please use an alternate shipping address. INTEGRAL TACTICAL® cannot guarantee delivery times once a product leaves our warehouse. Delays are possible and sometimes do occur.

Cut-off time for orders and estimated delivery time

The cut-off time for orders with INTEGRAL TACTICAL® is noon EST. Expected estimates for delivery are the number of business days that it will take for your package to arrive, including processing and transit with a courier. Orders that are placed after noon EST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Details about expedited shipping

The cut off time for orders with INTEGRAL TACTICAL® is noon EST. Expected estimates for delivery are the number of business days that it will take for your package to arrive, including processing and transit with a courier. Orders that are placed after noon EST on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. One option for expedited shipping includes overnight shipping, which means that it can take about two business days for the delivery of your items. Then another option for expedited shipping is 2-day shipping, which means that it can take up to three business days to receive your items.

Concerning rates and busy seasons

Expedited shipping rates will apply and tracking will be provided. Peak seasons and holiday seasons may see extended processing times for orders. Note that the processing time does not include the shipment transit time with the courier.

More pertinent information regarding processing and shipping

INTEGRAL TACTICAL® aims to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been placed and is in processing, we are unable to make edits or adjustments to this order. We will be unable to cancel the order during the processing time. We will be unable to edit ordered items or shipping addresses once the order is placed. For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for payment of all applicable duties, taxes and other fees imposed by their governments. Please contact your customs office for information.

What to do when a package is missing

If packages show delivered and are not found, we suggest asking your courier about your packages by using your tracking number to find out where the packages were delivered. In most cases, packages are found successfully. But occurrences where packages are misplaced, a claim will need to be filed with the courier.

Backorders

Items that are out of stock can be purchased and put on backorder. You will be contacted within 48 hours of your order with delivery confirmation and expected lead times. If you have in stock and backorder items in your cart, the order will be fulfilled when the backorder item(s) become available.
