Growing up in a family business provides a privilege and a responsibility. A privilege to see the world, for Glen this was done through golfing, fishing and being adventurous; and responsibly, by learning local cultures and bringing that wisdom back into our business.

Glen believes we need to understand our environment and be properly prepared. He applies this to not only his personal life but his professional as well. In 2012 Glen purchased the Integral Tactical brand and brought it under the FELLFAB^® umbrella. He relocated manufacturing to Ontario, Canada. Integral Tactical^® boasts a product line that at its very foundation focuses on being properly prepared and understand your environment. From many of Glen’s travels that took him from Churchill, Manitoba to Antarctica where he experienced the benefit of proper gear; he puts that experience into the development of the Integral Tactical brand and the family business in general.

Travel reinforces what Canada has to offer. Glen always enjoys coming home!

While in college, Stewart was a part of the US Army Officer Training Program and Army Ranger team, training with US Army Spec Ops teams. He also is an avid sailor and US Sailing certified instructor. Currently, Stewart enjoys weekly hikes on the Niagara Escarpment Bruce Trail with his wife Leanne and basset hound Bruce.

With a keen focus on customer satisfaction, she directs and supervises the entire product lifecycle—from design and development to manufacturing—to ensure consistent, top-quality fulfillment of customer requirements.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Maegan loves quality time with her children at the park, retreating with her family to the cottage, and embracing new and exciting global travel experiences.

Sunita is committed to ensuring that the products not only comply with the highest standards at the time of production, but that the products are able to maintain those standards and keep our customers protected from the elements and in the field long term as well.

Sunita is responsible for maintaining our Quality Management System and oversees all quality activities for both our US and Canadian manufacturing. Sunita’s professional career started working with Aerospace Hardware Distribution as a Quality Technician and grown over the years through Quality Administrator, Operations, Internal and external auditor, and Quality Management. Sunita is relied on for her attention to detail, leadership and brings superior concentration skills that make her a real expert in this field of work.

As a resident of Southern Ontario, Canada, Thomas has been involved in many outdoor leisure activities both in summer and winter, be it competitive sport (Soccer, Hockey, Rowing), leisure sport and recreation (Golf, scuba diving, camping, hiking and backpacking) to outdoor recreation (Hunting and Fishing). Thomas partakes in yearly, upland bird, waterfowl, turkey, deer and black bear hunts in Ontario, and has also experienced some large game Moose hunts as well. Fishing trips have taken Thomas from ice fishing small lakes in Northern Ontario, Deep Sea fishing off the coasts of Florida and Mexico, to salmon and halibut fishing in the Haida Gwaii Archipelago in Northern British Columbia.

Thomas has taken his passion for hunting, fishing and being in the outdoors and has blended it with his strategy to take INTEGRAL TACTICAL® forward. When Thomas is away from the office and is not hunting or fishing, he is often travelling or can be found with his camera. His hobby of photography can be seen throughout the INTEGRAL TACTICAL® website within many of the product photoshoots. Thomas spent 7 years as an Army Cadet.

Caroline earned her certificate in design and technology focusing on clothing and textiles and holds a diploma in design and dress making from The International Correspondence School. Caroline can claim over 50 years of fashion and industrial design experience.

In 1990 Caroline was hired by FELLFAB® which in 2013 brought on the INTEGRAL TACTICAL^® brand. It was here that she was given the opportunity to learn, innovate and enhance her skills in design both in an industrial manufacturing environment and now in the outdoor apparel markets.
Before moving to Canada, Caroline spent 7 years in the Military in her native country, Guyana. It was during her time in service where she learned discipline, health and fitness and developed her drive to succeed. She carries these values and many more with her to this day. Keeping a fixed regiment is still part of her day to day, however, it now mainly consists of work, time with family, walking and tending to her garden.

Cyrus is responsible for new business development for products like CONUS/OCONUS Military Vehicle Covers, INTEGRAL TACTICAL^® product line, Miscellaneous Aircraft Accessories and Components, Combative Aircraft Covers, Modular Scalable Vests (MSV) and Plate-Carriers, Soldier Protective & Survival Gear, Gear, soft-good soldier systems including backs and carriers, specialty equipment covers, inclement weather sleep systems, and flotation products.

Michael comes from a family with strong military ties, in uniform and later in industry serving the defense sector. From a young age, the family’s various summer outings were based around “life in the outdoors” which included Camping, Canoeing and Hiking across Canada and the United States.

Michael’s many years working in defense has allowed him to be directly involved with products that are used on the front lines. He understands the stringent requirements for quality and functionality. Michael has spent many hours with our design and production teams learning about the INTEGRAL TACTICAL^® product line. Working with Canadian defense, security, and special operations Michael has become a key point of contact for any specialized programs within the line including controlled runs of products using IP protected materials.

Mike is a resident of Burlington, Ontario and enjoys all aspects of living and working in Canada.

In his spare time, he enjoys hockey, baseball, and golf, both playing and watching.

Working in the Hamilton office provides Mike an opportunity to be hands on with the INTEGRAL TACTICAL^® product line. Having a vast knowledge of Industrial applications, Mike has successfully introduced the product line to various mining and forestry companies throughout North America. It is difficult for companies working in remote places and unique climate to find gear that works. Mike has worked directly with mining companies to offer special reflective base packages on our inclement weather gear to meet the high visibility requirement by some of these remote customers.

In his down time, you will find Mike mostly outdoors, gardening and enjoying time with family and friends.

Chris is a leading professional with extensive experience in technical textiles for industrial & protective clothing applications. Skilled at adapting to the ever-changing business climate, ethically driven to do the right thing and passionately helping our customers drive their organization forward.

On the home front, Chris is a proud Maritimer with roots in Nova Scotia & Ontario who enjoys family, the outdoors and community. Chris and his wife raised their 2 sons in Port Dover, ON and were active in minor hockey coaching as well as helping to run the local minor hockey organization. Chris loves to travel but also enjoys his down time at the cottage fishing, exploring and enjoying the outdoors.

Nova Scotia is now home again for Chris and his family which positions him well to support our customers in Eastern Canada.

Todd has a strong passion for collaboration, teamwork and fostering successful and trusting client relationships and will be spearheading Fellfab’s industrial solutions for western Canada.

Currently residing with his family in the heart of Niagara’s wine region, he enjoyed coaching minor league football in Niagara for several years. Both Todd and his wife are rabid Hamilton Tiger Cat fans and enjoy traveling whenever they can. During downtime, he enjoys fishing, snowmobiling and playing bass with his band on the weekends.

He has a passion for marketing initiatives and graphic design. An avid outdoor enthusiast, he takes every opportunity to be outdoors, be it walking, running, biking, tending to his garden, or his new favorite past time fishing with his kids!

Mark brings together his passion for the outdoors and marketing to the INTEGRAL TACTICAL^® brand. He is excited to be part of the team to relaunch the brand and introduce new products to the customers.
