Sourcing and Logistics Specialist - Contract – Hamilton, ON

We have many wonderful products at this present time. But the good news is that we are advancing with our plans to design as well as develop a larger number of items that we intend to sell to the legacy market, the outdoors market as well as the tactical market. Our aim is to take more of the market share in the B2C realm with the realization that we will yet continue to fortify our B2B sales with our reliable in-house ordering system. Furthermore, we are striving to gain new distributors in relation to our line of products. Also, in an effort to augment the number of products that we have to offer, we would possibly like to introduce a second hunting camo pattern. With all that is transpiring here at INTEGRAL TACTICAL ®, we now have the need for a Sourcing and Logistics Specialist on a contract basis. We need your talent, skills and expertise to source specialists, so that we can achieve better efficiency for our sourcing processes, as we want to be able to reduce our costs as much as possible with the end result of being able to ensure that our profitability is highly maximized. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting negotiations with various suppliers in order to acquire materials, goods and services. We anticipate that you will be able to access the best prices for us via the implementation of sourcing tactics that are impeccably strategic, as you will bring a formidable comprehension of our type of industry.

Human Resources Administrator – Hamilton, ON

As the Human Resources Administrator here at INTEGRAL TACTICAL ®, you will organize records of personnel as well maintain those records. You will provide updates to the internal databases of our HR department. There will be the preparation of HR documents in various scenarios. When employees or external partners have any inquiries in relation to HR, you will serve as the first contact. You will already have much experience with procedures related to HR. You will know how to handle an assortment of administrative tasks with the ability to complete them in a timely fashion. You will be a key component in ensuring that employees have the support that they require from the HR department and you will conform to all labour laws during all processes and procedures of the HR department. Furthermore, you can expect to prepare employment contracts along with training guides. At times, you may need to make revisions to the policies of our company. You may need to collaborate with external partners, such as insurance providers. You will be involved in the creation of reports pertaining to the metrics of HR, such as turnover rates. You will also provide assistance to the payroll department, such as granting appropriate information regarding employees, such as their work schedules, leaves of absence as well as sick days.

Sewing Machine Operators – Hamilton, ON

If you love textiles and sewing and if you have experience as a sewing machine operator, then we would be happy to meet you. We are searching for several people who are truly motivated and highly skilled to work as sewing machine operators here at INTEGRAL TACTICAL ® where we create products that provide ultimate function for customers who use our products in the Northern region of Canada as well as for sectors and government agencies that are in need of great protection during episodes of inclement weather. We take pride in the fact that our products really work by withstanding the harsh cold and by providing resistance against abrasions as well as rips. Furthermore, our products are waterproof. In addition, all our fleece products grant solid insulation. We want to hire those who are sticklers in regard to committing to put forth quality work at all times. We expect you to have a positive attitude and to be reliable. You may need to learn new skills with this job and we want you to be willing to do so. Just because things were done a certain way at your last place of employment, this does not mean that we here at INTEGRAL TACTICAL ® will do things exactly in the same manner. Hence, we need you to be adaptable, so that you can continue to learn while delivering consistency and quality in regard to our products at all times. This is important due to the fact that our customers really count on the products that we make for usage in harsh climate conditions and rugged environments. You will be using a wide assortment of production sewing equipment and machines. You must be able to meet deadlines for all production projects that are set forth. You must comply with all our policies and procedures. You may need to create production reports. Also, you may need to conduct minor repairs as well as minor maintenance in regard to the sewing machines and equipment.

Maintenance Team Lead

We are in need of a professional, skilled and reliable Maintenance Team Lead here at INTEGRAL TACTICAL ®. We need someone who is tremendously motivated and who has experience leading team members and helping them to thrive. We know that our business will continue to evolve, which means that you need to be able to continue to evolve with the changes of our company. You will lead a team that has a dynamic mix of skills. You will ensure that the team performs maintenance duties with ultimate efficacy at all times. You will provide collaborative leadership and mentorship to your team members to make sure that machinery and equipment function as they should at all times. For each shift, you will ensure that the team is well informed of what is expected in terms of the operational requirements, maintenance as well as reliability. You should have several years of leadership in this type of environment. You must have the ability to collaborate well and to formulate good, positive relationships with your team members. You should be able to perceive when there may be any possible occurrences of problems in order to put in place preventions that are applicable and effective. You should be able to identify conditions that are out of the norm and you should be able to address them to ensure optimal safety and functionality. Furthermore, it is imperative for you to be willing to be accountable for your leadership, your decisions and your actions. You must communicate in a clear manner with all of your team as well as other employees as required. You should be willing to listen to the concerns of employees and address those concerns with the appropriate maintenance resolutions. You will collaborate with other leaders of the company in an effort to implement the streamlining of various processes when deemed necessary. We need you to focus on doing what you can to provide continuous improvements for our organization. You must also strive to ensure the job satisfaction and safety of your team members as a dedicated Maintenance Team Lead here at INTEGRAL TACTICAL ®.
